When it comes to analyzing the value of commercial property, it is nothing like analyzing other properties. The value of a commercial property investment can be determined in an inverse proportion to the degree of risk associated with the income generated by the property.
Perhaps the most complex type of commercial property to analyze is the multi-tenant property, regardless of its uses. In terms of commercial property investment, particularly multi-tenant property, due diligence is key, unless we are talking about a true “triple-net” property.
